You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for training safely.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

9. Consumer mediation

In accordance with art. L612-1 of the Code de la consommation, a consumer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute. The details of our designated mediator (médiateur de la consommation) will be provided here: [PLACEHOLDER — the merchant must appoint a French consumer mediator and list their name and website]. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
