Refund & Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal

Balkan Programs and Premium Extended Support are digital products delivered as downloadable files and digital services. The following applies to your purchase, in accordance with the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
Right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation)
As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason (art. L221-18 of the Code de la consommation).
Digital content exception
For digital content supplied immediately by download, your right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (art. L221-28, 13°). By purchasing and immediately downloading or accessing the product, you give this express consent and acknowledgement, and your right of withdrawal ends.
If your right of withdrawal still applies
Where the download has not begun, you may withdraw within 14 days by a clear statement (e.g. an email to support@balkanpro.store). We will refund all payments received without undue delay and within 14 days using your original payment method.

Faulty or inaccessible products
If you experience any technical problem accessing your product, contact support@balkanpro.store and we will fix it or provide a refund where required by law. Your statutory guarantees under French law are unaffected.
